Background
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and I love the resilience of different life forms in the desert. I've always enjoyed reading and learning about science and I'm grateful for the opportunity to pursue a formal scientific education. In addition to learning about scientific research and practices, I would like to improve my science communication skills so that people everywhere can have a better understanding of the world they live in. I enjoy reading, drawing, and painting in my free time.
